Youth Guarantee Trailblazer
We offer tailored support, training and placements to help young people aged 18–21 start a career in the creative industries.
Fully funded if you are living in Bath and North East Somerset and currently not in full time education or employment.
1-2-1 support to help young people develop the skills to make and sell their own creative work and services; set up a small business, or enter further education.
Customised, individual support comprising regular engagement with our dedicated outreach workers and professional artists.
We will help develop existing interests and skills into career development pathways.
Portfolio building and coaching. Support into paid employment or education. Business development with our shared enterprise scheme: A profit‑share creative business incubator enabling young people to run collective enterprises of their own design.
